Businiess name:  Tall Grass Aveda Spa & Salon

Review content:
My wife and I are in the spa business in downtown Denver and I could not help but go to bat for TallGrass on Caroline7777's misinformed comments below. Technically we are competitors of Tall Grass but we used to frequent Tall Grass before opening a spa of our own about 30 miles away. We were very happy there and we happen to personally know a very happy nail tech who works at Tall Grass. Caroline, if you are not paying taxes on your tips, then the IRS will eventually catch up to you. Tall Grass, as with our business, are few in the industry who actually run their business properly and withhold taxes on tips. Others, I've heard, have been visited by the IRS already and are being run out of business. And, $14/hour is very generous in the industry. With tips Caroline, you should be making around $35,000 to $40,000. Not bad for a position that requires no 4 year education.
