Review content:
I was very upset when I showed up for my appointment. When I called to schedule my session, I explained that I needed to have my color corrected as it was black and I was wanting to go to a dark brown. I had explained that I had tried to lighen it myself and it was a disaster.I was told I could come in at 12:30 on Saturday, October 1st to have this process done. When I got there, I was informed by my stylist that there was not enough time to correct my color and that they had discussed this and knew ahead of time. This was very upsetting for me as I had walked in thinking they would take care of me. Instead, I had to get my hair cut and try to strip my hair myself. I do not blame my stylist, but when she told me she couldn't do anything with my color, I was ready to cry. I don't usually have extra money and had been waiting months to come in and even get the cut. You could imagine how disappointed I was to find out that I was finally going to get my cut but I would still look bad. I don't understand why I wasn't called ahead of time. I would think I should have been informed of this so that I could have scheduled an appointment at a different time when I could have this done.Thank you for your time, Denise Laliberte
