Ken was my plumber for a toilet clog (thank you two year old son who loves to stuff things in our toilet!) and he was great. I booked appointment online that morning, immediately got a confirmation email that noted my appointment, and shortly thereafter recieved an email narrowing my time window. You can also click on 'update' to find out where the technician is and what the status update is. About 30 minutes prior I received a call from the office stating that Ken was on his way. Ken was very professional, outlined the costs and fixed the problem in no time. He also indicated there was a 7 day warranty on the work. He also provided his card and offered his help or advice for any future problems. A nice guy and very helpful. All and all a great experience at a great price and prompt service.
