I just completed a cross country move from SF to Manhattan and Lightning Vanlines was a joy to work with from start to finish.
Starting with Hector, who came to my home to give me my estimate, I was immediately impressed and reassured.
Everyone I spoke with on the phone were helpful and professional.
On moving day, things could not have gone more smoothly. Guys were in and out of my place in less than 3 hours.
When my things arrived in NY, their dispatch was in contact with me to make sure that they had access to bridges (I live on an island) and to the complex (gated community). They navigated the stairs and braved the rain in order to make sure that everything was unloaded and unpacked to perfection!
Moving is such a stressful time and Lightning made the whole experience worry-free! Thank you so much!
