I have been comming to Rousseau Family Dentistry for over 10 years. However, I have not been happy with the service provided. I recently missed an appointment (I had no recollection of the appt. and no call the day previous) and was told I would have to pay $100 missed appt. fee. (luckly I live close by and was able to rush there to avoid the fee). Since Rousseau Family Dentistry has moved into a new, luxurious building I wonder if the practice is putting profits before patients. I think its time to find a new (more humble) dentist who is more concerned with my teeth than money.
