Needed to see Dr. Rousseau (my Dentist for the past 10yrs.) this past Friday (my rear tooth w/filling split in half) and on their answering machine it said that they would be closed on Friday & Monday, BUT in case of an emergency to call Dr. Rousseau's phone.... I called FOUR (4) TIMES, leaving messages & my phone# EACH time. NEVER did I EVER receive a phone call back from Mr. Rousseau. THANKS BUNCHS FOR YOUR HELP!!! I have already found a NEW dentist who does root canals and crowns, which Mr. Rousseau doesn't know how to do - he sends you to a buddy of his where he gets a cut of the Outrageous Price that is charged from the root canal. So - I warn anyone looking for a Dentist ~ don't go to this man. I have been unhappy w/his hygienists (you never get the same one because they all quit soon after starting to work for Mr. Rousseau), because they do a terrible job cleaning your teeth and Mr. Rousseau just stops by, glances @ your teeth and is gone - he has missed many things w/my teeth AND now What apparently was a crack in my filling to lead to the splitting of my tooth. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ""DENTIST""!!!! more

Dental ex-rays before teeth cleaning. 11/5/2011

Everyone very nice. Doctor Geise, DMD,is professional and caring. You don't have to wait two months + for an appointment. The staff really cares and the dentists actually listens to your concerns! Great place to go!! more

Amazing Dentist!! 10/27/2011

This is the first time that I can honestly say that I could barely feel anything at the dentist. I had two cavities re-done and I didn't even feel the shot of Novocaine that they had to give me. Now I actually don't mind going to the dentist more

I had two cavities filled. There is usually some sort of pain, but this time there was none. Everyone was friendly as usual, which is very comforting. more

Dentist for those afraid of dentists 10/11/2011

Rousseau Family Denistry is the best dentist office I have been to. I was new to the area, had bad experiences with dentists in the past and broke a tooth. I did the research and decided to go with Rousseau. Awesome experience. They are very sensititive to the fearful patient and have the most modern equipment I have seen. Great experience! more

I have had extensive dental work throughout my lifetime. This is the best dental practice I have ever experienced. From the staff to Dr. Rousseau himself! Not only are they extremely professional, but personable. I actually feel like "one of the family" when I visit. There are just not enough stars in the rating for this dental practice!!! more

Periodic cleaning 9/29/2011

April was great. She explained the periodontic cleaning scale (to me again) and was very personable and enjoyable to talk to during my visit. I always feel comfortable at Rousseau..........never meet a stranger! Thanks, Nancy more
