Review content:
The Good Samaritan ER can treat symptoms so that you feel comfortable and go home, but they don't care to look into the underlying problem, they just want you to go see your doctor when his office is open. I went in with a very serious chronic medical condition, they did not take a good history, glossed over my condition, "made me comfortable", asked how I felt, and when I told them I was feeling better, they discharged me. When I tried to explain that my symptoms were not under control, the nurse yelled at me and humiliated me. Try Los Gatos Hospital ER. I went there the next day and they were very professional, understood my condition, and gave me appropriate and excellent care.
Pros: they will make your acute symptoms go away
Cons: treating symptoms before the diagnosis is not good medicine ~ they can "practice" on someone else!
