DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Very untrustworthy. There website indicates that and I qoute"Call us today at (916) 638-2781 for a free estimate and to learn more about our washer and dryer repairs." In which I did. I informed there receptionist of the error code I was receiving on my washer.The receptionist stated a repair guy need to see the washer. A repair man can view the washer and that is about all he did ...he called the receptionist and read him the same code that I have read him.He then went on to state that I needed a motor and a sensor and the total was going to be close to $400.00. Its unclear to me why the receptionist did not tell me the same thing over the phone and save me $45.00 because all he did was come out and read him the same code I did. Come to find out after having a professional company come out. That problem occured from too much soap and they unplugged the washer for 2 mintues then pluggeg it back and its worked great since then. Not to mention they did not even charge me..
