Review content:
We hired Century to fix a leak in our roof. They told us that there were three options for repairing our roof, one of which included replacing the roof. We opted for replacing the roof because we were sick of the leak and didn't want to have to think about the roof again for a long time. They guaranteed that the new roof would fix the leak.
Century put the new roof on, which looks good. Sure enough, however, with the first rain the roof was leaking again. It turns out that we did not need a new roof at all because the water was coming in from some exposed beams on the side of our home. In fact none of their proposed fixes would have fixed the leak. To add insult to injury they wanted to charge us for the ultimate repair - which did not cost anywhere near the $20k we spent on a new roof we didn't need. In fact, we are still fighting with them to get them to fix the leaking area.
