Review content:
Tony came out and did an analysis of our electric use and what we wanted to achieve. They showed us the new solar panels that replace the roof tiles and are in several colors that match the roof. We chose the brown tiles.
We have to point out that we have the solar tiles to most people. Because the company was a primarily roofing company for many years, before adding the solar part to their company, they are very knowledgeable about roofing and any problems! They do a good roof inspection and remove the old tiles and completely replace the wood strips and the protective paper under it. This was done for the complete area where they are adding panels. Tony was very helpful with the PG and E rebate forms. We received a around $4500 from PG & E. In addition, we received a 30% tax credit. The work was done with care and they cleaned up every day.
It was exciting the first time I saw my electric meter go backwards! I have had my share of bad contractors, but with Century Roofing and Solar we had no problems. I have recommending the company to anyone who is interested.
The job was done with skill and efficiency. During each phase we were kept informed. The design was approved by the city and the Fire Department with no problems. We were up and running in a reasonable time.
