I've dealt with a lot of repair companies over the years for both my air conditioner and furnace / heater and AWE is one of the most professional I've dealt with. So much so I just had to write this review. I found the service technician to be very knowledgable and informative. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need and the things I did need were fairly priced (I admit that I did price shop before calling them). Another thing was they are great about being on time for the service call which I appreciate. Hope I don't need their services any time soon but would not hesitate to rely on them again to help me in my time of need!
