Jim is our preferred technician; he is nice, upfront, thorough and efficient. Jim gives all the options and is willing to write down all the information for us. We also love the office staff and appreciate never having to wait for an appointment. more

Great Service, Fair Price 10/14/2011

I've dealt with a lot of repair companies over the years for both my air conditioner and furnace / heater and AWE is one of the most professional I've dealt with. So much so I just had to write this review. I found the service technician to be very knowledgable and informative. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need and the things I did need were fairly priced (I admit that I did price shop before calling them). Another thing was they are great about being on time for the service call which I appreciate. Hope I don't need their services any time soon but would not hesitate to rely on them again to help me in my time of need! more
