Reference Order No: 037817: This 5 star award represents the excellent quality of the gaff I purchased and the helpful phone assistance I received to make the appropriate selection. I regret I do not know the name of the representative who helped me on my June 9, 2010, purchase. I would encourage the Angler Center to follow up with their reviews more promptly, closer to the delivery time to provide the customer greater advantage of recalling the facts pertaining to the purchase. This gaff was expensive, but I feel the quality was well worth the cost. Additionally, I would hope that the Angler Center would offer dull tips for these gaffs in the event the gaff is used for other purposes such as a retrieving or docking assist. Thank you very much.
