I placed an ordered online, an item which is out of stock for a while, but it shown available on the online order page. After sent out the order, I waited for about half month and decided to call the company. Then I've been told the store had ordered and still waiting for the product coming. A month later after I called again, I've been told the store will not carry the item I ordered and recommended me switching to a different product.
By the time calling to the shipping department, people in the department seems pretty polite and helpful. However, the next day after I decided to switch to a different item, I called four times and had been transfered from department to department and stay on hold for long time and nobody answer until I hung it up. It was a total different experience than the day before. I was frustrated and decide to cancel the order.
If company could keep the ordering website updated, it won't cause customer any frustration, and also will help company reduce the daily work.
After I emailed out the order cancellation, the company responded quickly. I believe the company in overall has a good customer services. Maybe I called them in wrong time that all departments were busy. Anyway, one time experience won't be able to stop me ordering products from them in the future.
