Allstate movers said 4 times that my move was good to go - and once I signed an agreement, paid my deposit - they emailed (couldn't even call) to let me know they didn't have a truck available. Once I mentioned my signed agreement as well as verbal email agreements - they rudely mentioned "i waited to long to contact them and I should have contacted two separate moving companies". There are much more responsive and respectful companies out there - I wouldn't waste your time risking this experience. (3 days before my move they cancelled - and this was a multi-state move. Try someone who actually has 24 hour customer service - All state is a small company with a small office, they don't care if they mess up!

I HAD JUST PUT YOU ON THE CALENDAR, AND I AM SORRY THE TRUCK WE HAD IN THAT AREA IS NOT IN ROUTE AT THIS TIME WHICH IS WHY WE CANT DO YOUR MOVE. YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO GET ANOTHER MOVER I DO ALWAYS ENCOURAGE CUSTOMERS TO BOOK TWO WEEKS BEFORE THEIR MOVE DATE NOT A FEW DAYS. NOW I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN OK BUT AT THIS TIME IT IS NOT GOING TO BE POSSIBLE.
