Review content:
I was looking forward to getting a massage at Reneaux, I had heard from several people what wonderful therapists they have there. The massage was awesome, but the environment was HORRIBLE. Throughout the 1 hour I had all I could hear was the receptionist laughing and basically yelling at the front desk. I could hear the phone ringing and everytime she answered she had this very annoying voice. I was appalled by the blatant lack of professionalism in this place. A massagge is supposed to be a relaxing, peaceful experience and at Reneaux it is anything but. I could tell the massage therapist was uncomfortable with what was going on and he was professional to a tee, even with what I could hear. There was also a lot of commotion going on in the front lobby, clients, employees and whoever else decided to join the party. My main beef goes to the receptionist. I have been in a lot of places and I have never been so emabarressed for someone in my life. She was very nice, don't get me wrong but in my opinion she should be waiting tables somewhere not trying to run the front desk of a so-called upscale salon
