Review content:
My drain that goes to the main sewer line from my house was backing up. I called the local number and the person who picked up was very professional and courteous, and gave me some info on products RR offered as I told her I suspected tree roots in my line. The plumber arrive about 30 minutes later and got straight to work. He cleared out the drain and even sent a camera down the line and allowed me to watch the video monitor with him as he snaked it through the sewer line. After clearing the tree roots he sent the camera back down the drain to point out a couple of issues with the drain that would need to be replaced. I was impressed and appreciated the detailed view, and now I know what I need to fix. Thank Josh#348!!
