If you're looking for your newest hook-up/ throwaway relationship, head on over to the Vox and you won't be disappointed. Everyone there is looking to pick someone up or be picked up themselves.
The crowd is mostly mid-twenties--- some are quite snobby and "holier than thou" while others are just content to show off their latest "it" bag or "lacoste" polo. It's quite a funny scene.
Bartenders are friendly and generous with the pouring of spirits in mixed drinks. Decor is typical of an upscale bar- nice and neutral for the most part.
Beware the stairs if you're wearing a skirt though! I noticed last time that some guys had parked themselves under the staircase and were attempting to "get a better view". Gross!
