I've been a customer for years. While I can see below that there are some mad customers, when i read into them, it looks like it is all of the customers that decided not to pay their bills. I run a business too, and I understand that business obligations must be met on both sides.
From experience, I can tell you that this company is a great company that goes beyond the expectations of most of it's customers (myself included).
John Loud and the business have been nominated for business of the year multiple times, recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and I personally know that John himself sits on the board with the Cheifs of Police for false alarm reduction.
This company truly cares about its people, its community and its customers.
