I started going to Blu Salon since i moved to the neighborhood (6 months). I have to say that salon is over priced for the type of work that comes out of there.
Yesterday, I walked in for some highlights and walked out with a burnt scalp and it looks like the stylist cracked a egg on my head. The job was poorly done. When
I went back to talk to the owner she was really rude. I told her all I wanted was to know what they did to my hair and a apology. She refused and called me "SCAM ARTIST"!!!! I've NEVER been treated so badly.
I never complained the 1st time, when I went for brazilian wax and I left with my private part severely burned from a brazilian wax. But a burnt scalp is the bottom line. I dont recomend this place at all!!!
(I'm making my compute into the city to my original stylist!!!)
