Ithaca Airline Limousine is a good service for those who don't have cars and need to get to one of the nearby airports for a flight. It is relatively cheap, especially when compared to other options like taxis. There are drawbacks however, including the fact that you must leave pretty early compared to the time of your flight.
Overall, I would recommend that students try to get a friend to drive them, but if this isn't possible, Ithaca Airline is definitely your best and most financially friendly alternative.
