I would only recommend you use this service if it is your last choice! The customer service is terrible. I made a simple inquiry via email and was treated rudely and told to find another ride! The phone line is constantly busy, and they do not take reservations over the internet. It might be financial but certainly not friendly! more

Great for people with cars too! 6/4/2007

I have a car, I'm not a student, and I use Ithaca Airport Limousine whenever I fly. It's much better than driving, especially if you are taking an early morning flight.. They pick you up at your house, and it's only a little more expensive than paying for gas and parking at the airport. more

good for students without a car 9/7/2005

Ithaca Airline Limousine is a good service for those who don't have cars and need to get to one of the nearby airports for a flight. It is relatively cheap, especially when compared to other options like taxis. There are drawbacks however, including the fact that you must leave pretty early compared to the time of your flight. Overall, I would recommend that students try to get a friend to drive them, but if this isn't possible, Ithaca Airline is definitely your best and most financially friendly alternative. more

Convenient way to airports for students 8/14/2005

Ithaca Airline Limo is used by students who don't have a car and have to get to the airport. Students can call and schedule a pickup time with the company and someone will come take them to the airport. The downside is that during holiday time, they have to wait for everyone on their list before they head to the airport. If someone on the list is late, this may cause a delay in your own plans. Also, they tend to pick you up about 2 hours before your departure time to ensure that you will get to the airport on time. However, this could mean a long layover before your flight. more

convenient 7/12/2005

This "limo," which is more like a small bus picks you up and goes directly to the airport, which would otherwise be difficult to get to. While it may not be the most luxurious method of transportation, it is certainly cheap and convenient. It is great for students who do not have cars, whether you live on or off campus. more
