Review content:
I spoke with a Raul on a Thursday by phone. I asked for a quote on a set of Cooper tires for my Buick. I gave him the make and model of my vehicle, asked for a specific set of Cooper tires and was given a price. The next day I went in to have the tires put on and was informed I could not get those tires for my car... I was then quoted a price for Goodyear tires at almost twice the cost of the Coopers. I hesitated and Raul told me Sears was having a sale on Saturday and to come in then for the lower price. An appointment was made and the car was brought in. After changing out the tires and paying the bill, we noticed the sale price was not on the invoice! We again spoke with Raul who adjusted our bill to reflect the sale price but he then informed us the "alignment guy" wasn't in that day so we would have to bring the car back on Sunday to have that done. Why were we charged when the work hadn't been done?
I brought the car again on Sunday and guess what?! There was only one employee, and he was unable to do the alignment because he had to answer the phones. I was told by this poor kid to bring it in again on Monday (Labor Day) and he would do the alignment then. Guess what? Today is Monday, I brought the car in and no one showed up for work, again... So, I have been charged for a service that I have yet to receive! We will see tomorrow, the 5th day I have been to the store, IF I can actually get what I have paid for. If you see Raul working, run the other way. If you get a quote, make sure it is in writing. I will never bring my car to Sears again. Never.
