I am a wife of a Darden lawstudent and as an anniversary present my husnband bought me a gift certificate for service here. Upon making the appointent the personalle treated me very rudely over the phone. Upon arrival what must have been the spa owner did not great me with warmth. My service was jammed with constant talk of products. I did not feel relaxed and was furious when the service ended 10 mins. early. I did not have time to relax in the "relaxation" room. I felt rushed only to be greeted by the technicain again with a borage of products for me to purchases. I felt over whelmed and pressured..since this was a gift. I will never return to Neroli the atmosphere was very cold and uninviting. I wish I would have read the reviews before. Never again.
