Review content:
I wish I would have read the reviews for this place prior to booking my massage. I am a regular spa goer and I am currently in Charlottesville for a brief stay. I completely agree with all the previous reviews regarding the rude welcome. NEVER in my life have I been treated so coldly at a spa. I felt as though I was asking for a favor from the owner to utilize her services. Regarding my massage, the therapist was much more interested in up selling me on spa products, most of which she did not even use during the service, then massaging me. After my subpar massage was completed, I realized she had ended the service 10 minutes early! I was so angry and was ready to voice my opinion only to be greeted by therapist again with an array of more products that she was ready to sell me. I just paid my bill and immediately put up a facebook and twitter post about this horrible experience. Neroli is located next door to the Residence Inn where thousands of military soldiers come for schooling and bring along wives looking for ways to pass the time. Well, I will make sure it won't be at Neroli!
