David helped us over two years ago when my fiance and I were looking for a new car. He spent a while with us and we went over some options but at the end of the day we decided the time just wasn't right.
Now two years later we were ready to move towards a new car and went out to the dealership and David was still there. He was just as helpful as he was the first time and patient with my methodical questions. My wife and I didnt know what car we wanted and test drove each car (Yes thats 4 test drives) he remained patient, understanding, and never pushed us. We decided to go with the E350 and he made the process very easy. He helped us negotiate a fantastic price and we came out that night with a new car. I can not stress how patient he was and explained all the car's options bells and whistles (there are quite a few these days).
