Roto-Rooter Service Nightmare 7/21/2021

This was a simple case of replacing a 40 gallon gas water heater. The gas had been shut off and the tank had been drained. They were supposed to show up between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. They finally showed up at 9:30 at night! They were not prepared to do an installation. Then, they gave us a quote that was over $1,500.00 high. To top it off they charged us a $79.00 trip charge for doing nothing. Roto Rooter was considered a slimy outfit when I was building homes 50 years ago. They are even worse today! more
