Review content:
After waiting for 4 days for a local plumber to come fix two leaking faucets, I finally decided to call Roto-Rooter out of the Providence office. From the time of my call on Friday evening on 12-31-2010, I was kept informed of the technician arrival by looking online. When the two hour window was about to expire I received a call from the dispatcher indicating that the plumber was still involved on the last job and could have a plumber out to my home on New Year's Day at no extra charge to fix my problems. I had to have the problem solved before selling the home in the next 3 days and was surprised that the plumber would come on a holiday. Mr. Bill Hughes, the technician, was courteous, professional, a gentlemen at all times. He was honest and fair about what could and could not be done. At the end of the repair, he was about to complete the repairs 100%. I would use Roto-Rooter again based on this experience - especially because of Mr. Bill Hughes.
