Review content:
Torq is by far one of Floridas most trusted shops for any of your car performance needs. With a highly reliable, well rounded and experienced staff, you can put your worries at ease that your car is in good hands. Having done business a few times with Torq, I'd say I'm am overall satisfied with the work that Torq has provided and will continue to be a repeating customer. With that said, like cars Torq can also use alittle fine tuning. Both Erik and Paul have been wonderful in helping me decide on what's best for my car. In addition they do take care of their repeating customers aswell. Though there's always room for improvement in any business I will say this. Working with people for the last 6 years at Publix as a customer service staff has taught me one thing. You always have to go BEYOND the extra mile to make people happy. It's NEVER a waste of time to ensure a customers satisfaction...Even if it means putting a car on a lift just to see if an 02 sensor wire might be damaged lol. Other then that, you guys are doing an outstanding job keeping everything in order and running smoothly. Keep up the good work guys!
Sincerely,
Tommy Ruisi
