Review content:
I had set up a laser facial rejuvenation with them and called ahead of time to find out more details if there was anything I needed to do to prepare for the treatment. Both women on the phone were short with me rude and cold. I got the impression they didn't like having a man come into their spa. Had I known that they are partial to only women clients I would have gladly spent my hard earned money somewhere else.
To top it off I have an emergency come up at my office the morning of the my visit and am unable to make it to the spa. I have thousands of dollars riding on the resolution of this issue with one of my company's clients. I speak with the folks at Spa Sasse and am told that they are going to charge me the full amount and are unable to set up any rescheduling. Basically they can't do anything for me and that they hope my staying in the office to fix the problem "is worth it to me." Her exact words...
Unprofessional, unfriendly and I am out a few hundred dollars.
