Review content:
To start, they were 3hrs late. After spending 2hrs trying to unclog my sewer, they gave up and said I needed it replaced (~$3000). They took video that was worthless (paid $385 for it). They claimed roots had gotten into it and broke it. At the end of the day, they still left me with no flowing sewer. I called someone else (roto-rooter) and they cleared it in an hour. They wasted my whole day.
Cons: Rip-off, Dishonest, not customer oriented
