Incompetent and deceitful 1/2/2004

To start, they were 3hrs late. After spending 2hrs trying to unclog my sewer, they gave up and said I needed it replaced (~$3000). They took video that was worthless (paid $385 for it). They claimed roots had gotten into it and broke it. At the end of the day, they still left me with no flowing sewer. I called someone else (roto-rooter) and they cleared it in an hour. They wasted my whole day. Cons: Rip-off, Dishonest, not customer oriented more

Ignorant and afraid 1/7/2003

The person they sent out didn't have a clue. His estimate quickly went from $300 to $2500 and would require major structural work. The next guy I brought in fixed the problem with a $1.75 rubber cap and charged me $30 for the visit and 5 minutes it took. more
