1. Not good work - I had a filling last less than a year before it fell out
2. Aggressive billing and calling. I asked to be taken off of their call/mailing list several times and not done
3. Dentist does not see his patients or talk to them about their care
4. They will charge you for anything they can and don't counsel or ask about these add ons ahead of time.
