Office staff are very friendly but very slow and will keep you waiting well over the scheduled appt time. Dr Glick does not personally do anything for the patient besides chatting for a few minutes about unrelated topics, i.e news, weather, work etc. BEWARE:: they are extremely aggressive in billing and charging!!!! I found out the hard way after paying $$$ for visaline, used it for about a year and then just recently he said "oh yea, in order to fix that tooth, we will need to trim down a small portion of the tooth " (sounding as though he knew that the entire time) WHICH IS a completely DIFFERENT procedure. They take x-rays EVERY single encounter, charge for routine gum pocket examination, and fool you into taking flouride treatment by handing you a cup and BOOOM there is $30 dollar charge not covered by most insurance!!... etc etc. Will never return!! PEOPLE- if all you can afford is a lously plan that is covered by this dental office, then you are better off NOT buying dental insurance and just waiting for a dental GROUPON. Hope this helps! more

They ran tests that were not covered by my insurance plan without even asking me. They set up a treatment plan that was as aggressive as you could possibly imagine....if you were trying to make money off of me. The whole experience felt like I was being set up for a bilking and scamming. I asked for my x-rays and am bailing out of there even though starting over somewhere else will cost me a little bit. I cannot tolerate putting the health of my teeth into the hands of someone that I do not trust. more

1. Not good work - I had a filling last less than a year before it fell out 2. Aggressive billing and calling. I asked to be taken off of their call/mailing list several times and not done 3. Dentist does not see his patients or talk to them about their care 4. They will charge you for anything they can and don't counsel or ask about these add ons ahead of time.
