I visited the spa a few months back. The staff was delightful, the place was very professional. The spa therapist I had was awful and rude. She commented a number of times how I was only there for a 30 minute treatment, like a was a second class citizen and that is just how she treated me. People like that need to remember we are the customer, and without us they would not have a job. After all, even if only for 30 minutes, I am having a facial and she is giving one. I don't think she needs to be high and mighty with me. I found it very offensive, and I found out what I needed to with my 30 minute facial. I now go to Mario Triocci for my weekly facials. Coldwater creek lost on this one.
