The Best in Naperville 11/23/2010

Coldwater Creek has the best massage therapists in town and the western suburbs. For the past two years I have visited this spa monthly, either for a deep tissue massage or a pedicure. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The spa is immaculate. There's big fluffy robes to change into and a very nice foot soak before the massage in the relaxation room. The pedicures are also fabulous in their zero gravity chairs. If you are on their email list, you'll learn of their special deals they offer several times a year. You'll want to share this spa experience with all your friends. They'll be glad you recommended it. more

Wisk you away 3/31/2010

This is the only spa I have been to so far, and I think I will be spoiled for the rest of my life. You get nice plush robes, slippers, and a huge luxurious locker room (if you want to call it that) to shower/change in. It's amazing. more

Excellent Spa Experience 3/2/2010

I had a great experience at Coldwater Creek, The Spa. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The treatments were excellent. I enjoyed the essential facial, massage, manicure and pedicure. The facial was fantastic. The skin care therapist was very knowledgeable and gave very helpful skin-care advice. The massage was very relaxing and the therapist was very attentive. And the mani/pedi was icing on the cake! I look forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend this spa! more

What an excellent experience! 1/16/2010

I felt like I was at a "stay for the weekend" spa in downtown Naperville! The massage was wonderful - be sure to ask for lotion instead of oil if you prefer to be smooth without feeling slimy, like I do. The pedicure is the best I have ever had! The chair leans back and they cover you with warm blankets while they tend to your tootsies. I dare you not to doze off. The atmosphere is lovely, as well - soothing and so like those expensive resort spas. The prices are a bit more than other places, but for my money, they're worth it! more

My first time visiting this location was amazing. The atmosphere is serene, the staff and pleasant and the experience was unforgettable! I haven't been there in some time, but back in 2007 I went and I have to say it was the best massage experience I had ever had. You have a locker room to take showers, you get your feet soaked before the massage and afterwards, you can relax as well. It's a great time either way you put it. more

Wonderful Pedicure experience 9/3/2009

I didn't want to mention BONNIE by name...because once you have a pedicure with her you will make it more difficult for me to get an appt. SHE is perfection. The atmosphere is nice, I prefer the giggles to the "spa music". My husband already booked me for a return for a 80min foot treatment. I will let him write his own review. Being OCD, I will admit to it, the clean factor was tops. Until October...Ciao more

I visited the spa a few months back. The staff was delightful, the place was very professional. The spa therapist I had was awful and rude. She commented a number of times how I was only there for a 30 minute treatment, like a was a second class citizen and that is just how she treated me. People like that need to remember we are the customer, and without us they would not have a job. After all, even if only for 30 minutes, I am having a facial and she is giving one. I don't think she needs to be high and mighty with me. I found it very offensive, and I found out what I needed to with my 30 minute facial. I now go to Mario Triocci for my weekly facials. Coldwater creek lost on this one. more

Best service ever!! 2/15/2009

I have gone to a few day spas in the area and my visit to Coldwater Creek was by far the best. The staff was kind and very professional. I felt right at home. The ambience was wonderful with plenty of space for privacy and calm. I had the best massage and I was not sore afterwards. I will definately be back again hopefully next month. What a wonderful experience!!! more

Great Day Spa in the Western Suburbs 5/20/2007

I have visited a lot of day spas but this one far beats them all in the area. I have had 4 spa parties here already and plan to go back. All of the packages I have had were tremendous. The staff is very knowledgable about the products and are very thoughtfully detailed workers. The personal attention and detail given to each individual is heartwarming. The pedicures are the very best. After visiting this place, you wouldn't want to chose another day spa in the area. After experiencing this place, I don't go any where else or recommend any place else. more
