Review content:
Since I moved to the area in March of this year, I've started going to Krystelle. The owner Jolly is very personal, and it's admireable that she is the one that handles the reception to ensure that everything ran smoothly for all my services. The ladies of Krystelle are warm, and friendly, and so is the waiting area which serves a variety of coffee or tea. I usually get a facial, face waxing, and one hour Swedish massages from Beth, and I highly recommend her to everyone! Beth is always anticipating my needs, and always makes sure that I am comfortable, and makes any necessary adjustments if need be when applying pressure. I usually like deep pressure, and she is excellent at it. The only complaint I have is the price of my full face wax which comes up to $60 (eyebrows, upper lip, sideburns, and chin), which they individually charge at $15 per part. I've gone to other high end day spas, and they have usually just charged me no more than $45, and is listed as a package on their price listing. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the location, where there is a sushi restaurant, a nail salon, a sandwich shop, and a coffee shop in the plaza.
