I feel so relieved that Rudy explained everything so clearly. Our Tub was backing up with debree from our garbage disposal.. He was specific in how he would go about the process in fixing the problem and did not charge me a fee to check out the problem first.. he was at my house with in the hour that I called, very polite and considerate of my carpets and floors with his shoes and equipment. He gave me pointers on preventative maintenance which I so very much appreciated. Problem was fixed and along the way he explained the process... totally impressed with the service and I am a hard impress!!!
