Dr. Good asked me to place a follow- up call on a client who has been coming here since 1992. She is a wonderful lady who lives alone with her dog whose health has been declining for the past 6 months. The sad part is we had to put her dog down yesterday because she had cancer. When I called her I got her answering machine so I left a message telling her how sorry I was, and that everyone here was concerned about her and wanted to make sure she was ok. When she called back she asked for me, and as she was trying to hold back her tears she thanked me for the call and our concern for her!!
