Great place for pets 8/30/2011

I'm very happy with the service I received from every in the clinic from the animal assistants and receptionists to the veterinarian, Dr. Good. Unlike other veterinary clinics I have gone to in the past, Town and Country Veterinary Clinic charges a fair price for veterinary services and gets you in and out quickly more

Great Bedside Manner with My Cat 8/30/2011

My cat has had two trips to Dr. Good in the past couple of months and each time, they were able to have someone check her out right away. They are understanding and very concerned for the animals you place in their care. The staff is very helpful and they understand this isn't a just a cat, it's a furry member of your family and they treated my cat, Missie, like she was one of their own. I couldn't ask for better than that. Dr. Good and Dr. Adams have always been wonderful. Their prices are very reasonable too, they make it their mission to keep your pets healthy and safe without draining your wallet like many vets here in town do. more

Love this place! I love going to this vet clinic! I have never been to a clinic where the people were so nice and welcoming the minute you walk in the door. My dogs love it there also! They board very frequently and we have never had a problem. I think they like it more than staying at home with a pet sitter!! Anyways I would definately reccommend them for all pet services and boarding! They do an awesome job! more

Thank God for Dr. Good. 6/9/2011

Our little Missy was really sick and we were were very worried. We went to Town & Country to see. Dr. Good and after running a few tests he assured us that with proper medication Missy was going to be fine. We took his advice and after 2 or 3 days later, Missy was much, much better. more

Dr. Good sets the standard for compassion 5/26/2011

Dr. Good asked me to place a follow- up call on a client who has been coming here since 1992. She is a wonderful lady who lives alone with her dog whose health has been declining for the past 6 months. The sad part is we had to put her dog down yesterday because she had cancer. When I called her I got her answering machine so I left a message telling her how sorry I was, and that everyone here was concerned about her and wanted to make sure she was ok. When she called back she asked for me, and as she was trying to hold back her tears she thanked me for the call and our concern for her!! more

I had to go an unexpected. business trip. I called my regular boarding facility but because of the short notice they didn't have any space available. I called Town & Country Vet clinic, which was recommended by a friend, they had availability and also they had wonderful rates. Thanks for having room for Ziggy. I will definitely board Ziggy there again. more

Dr. Good is incredible 5/3/2011

I own a rescue group in georgia and I was having a hard time trying to cover all the expenses involved with all rescue activities. I was really about to quit doinf what I enjoy the most, which is helping Homeless Animals, when I was told about Dr. Good and his Homeless Pet's Foundation. I visited Town & Country Vet Clinic and talked to Dr. Good, which is the founder of the foundation, and he gave me great news. He offers a Rescue Discount to anyone that has a rescue license. If it weren't for Dr. Good discount I wouldn't be doing rescue today... Thank you very much!!!! more

The Best 4/26/2011

We took our pet "Bedford" back to see Dr.Good. We removed a large tumor out of his right shoulder and now he is cancer free. As always, you guys are the best. Thank you Dr. Good and all your staff. more

Great Vets 4/12/2011

The clinic isn't in the greatest part of town, but it's easily accessible off the interstate. The aesthetics are OK on the outside, but great on the inside. Clean and comfortable inside. But you don't go there for the looks. You go for Dr. Good or Dr. Davis. I've been serviced by nearly twenty vets in my many years of caring for animals, but those two guys are the best I've ever dealt with. They're both very knowledgeable and caring towards animals. The techs are great too, especially the sweet Russian girl! more

Professional and kind doctors 4/5/2011

My experience at town and country has always been a positive one. Dr. Good, Dr.Contarino, Dr. Davis, Dr. Adams, and Dr. Jordan have always treated my animals kindly as well as conducting themselves professionally. I am always greeted warmly by Andrea the receptionist and can always look forward to seeing Mckenzie and Danitia the doctor's assistants (who sassy just loves.). This is a great clinic and I just love going there. I recommend it to anyone looking for a long term vet office. more

Amazing Doctors 3/30/2011

The doctors are AMAZING! Dr Good, Contarino, Jordan, Davis, & Adams are the best. Each can cure almost anything!! Dr Good truly cares about homeless pets. They are always taken out daily to play any they are very well cared for. Gail is the only problem. She won't adopt to anyone. Homeless pets are always feed daily and taken well care of. The staff is always busy and helping out. The clinic is very popular and stays busy so it is hard for everyone to find time to do things, but everyone tries. Dr Contarino is a miracle worker. He seriously saved my dog that was hit. Go here to get the best. Oh people who keeping trash talking the clinic are just mad because they don't know what really goes on there. The place really takes care of animals and things that matter. Those ppl who complain about everything should just screw off and complain about somethin else. more

22 years of wonderful compassionate service 3/8/2011

I can't believe what I am reading. I am beginning to think all bad reviews are actually from the same unhappy person, just using different id's. I have been using T&C for 22 years (that should say something right there)and would not take any of my pets to anyone other than Dr. Good and his staff. We have shared happy moments (new puppies/kitties) and sad moments (necessary euthanizing of pets). I think they are wonderful, learned and very compassionate doctors. more

They do their job RIGHT 2/28/2011

I bought a Shih tzu from pet land (dont buy from them). My dog has had weekly visits to them from the first day I brought him home. My dog was so fury and ungroomed that when I brought him in he had yeast in the ears, hotspots, secondary skin infections from untreated allergies. We have since got things cleared up and are now in the process of doing some allergy testing. This process has been stressful and time consuming and somewhat breaking the bank. However it could be worse because they never charge me for the Vet visit because I am always there and have to buy meds. They just take the time out to make sure my dogs skin is clearing up. If I leave a message for Dr. Good or Davis I ALWAYS get a call back.. They are a very busy VET and the reason is because they are good and reasonably priced. more

Go see for yourself!! 2/23/2011

After reading a few of the views -I went to check it out myself- The clinic was clean, the pets were not in dirty cages, all had food & water and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I think they offer a great service to our pets and I felt very safe leaving my pet there. I have gone back many times and even my dog gets excited when we pull in the parking lot! I know you cant please every customer- but they will always take care of my pets. If you feel unsure just go see for yourself! more
