From the very minute we walked in, we were greeted nicely. We were given tea and sent to another area to be warm. My gf had the bikini wax first, she said that was mediocre. She and I then had some great warm stone massages. Jose had some hands that were incredible. My gf had Joan and she was also great. He gave me some tips that I will be following to remedy my upper back and neck area. I then had a Canela espresso facial with Maria and this was nice. I felt it was very genuine. She wasn't trying to push any products, she was giving me advice and suggestions. No one there was trying to push any products, it was there, if we wanted to buy, we could. I enjoyed the calm atmosphere. We had a fabulous time and we will be returning.
Pros: Excellent service, no more to say
Cons: none really besides the bikini wax wasn't all that
