I was new to the area and needed to find a place to groom my dog. They had a coupon in the Tri-County, so I thought I would go there. My dog is a bichon mix and very easy-going (has been groomed since he was little). I would drop him off at 10 am and they wouldn't have him ready until 3 pm...sometimes later! She will tell you that she does a lot of "scissor cutting", but his face always ended up "crooked" and the hair on one side was always longer than the other. So much so that even I (with an untrained eye), noticed it. I know dogs can be dramatic when their ears are plucked, but my dog screamed as they did it. And the worst part of all was that the two times I went (yes, I actually thought maybe the first time was a minor screw up), he had cuts all over his belly and nether regions. I don't know if the blades where dull, but he walked around like it was tender for a few days. She was unorganized and not very friendly either. NEVER AGAIN!!!
