I'm a property manager and last night a resident called with a plumbing issue that wasn't terribly serious at the time, but had the potential to become quiet messy. In all the Monday morning madness, I forgot to call in to see about getting someone out to take a look. I called Drain Away around lunch time and was thrilled to find out that they could send Jake out that afternoon! He arrived within the time I was quoted, professional and ready to go to work on the problem. This is the third time that Jake specifically has done work on my property and I can't say enough good things about him. I especially appreciate that he takes the time to be clear about the issue at hand, what he's done to fix it, and possible issues to watch for. I will feel free to request him in the future, but am also comfortable in knowing that I will be satisfied with the quality of work from anyone at Drain Away Rooter.
