The staff listened (thanks Laurel!) I found easily what I wanted, Laurel helped me find the diamond I wanted to have set and patiently went through the 4C's when I was choosing between two stones. The pricing is very good - I checked around. I have never had such a good shopping experience - no pressure, just help and plain nice, friendly people. What a breath of fresh air!!!
