Our blinds were old and dirty so I called about cleaning. NY Blinds were so great about helping that I didn''t shop around when getting new blinds for my bedroom. The best part was that my friend used another company and hers (similar blinds) were more expensive. Mine look great! The man that took my measurements and brought samples answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them)
