You contacted Ronnie personally and NOT thru the company's phone number, I'm very sorry for the result.
My partner and me purchesed NY City Blinds from Ronnie more then a year ago and we are not affiliated with him in any way.
If you'll check the latest reviews on google, yelp etc, you'll find they are all 4-5 stars with great recommendation to our services and personal.
Customer service is one of our main goals in developing this business and If you need and help from NY City Blinds we would love to do so. All you should do is contact our office directly at 212-717-6909 and someone will be happy to assist you.
I feel very comfortable to ask you to go a head and please remove this review and not cause us more damage from an experience that got nothing to do with us.
