Review content:
Good: They took good care with my hair although it only last two days and is on the dry side.. Bad: Everyone gets the same two hair styles but not everyone can wear those two styles. I don't want to be a clone.. Improvements: Harlem doesn't really engage their customers. They shove you in the basement and call for you by intercom when its your turn. Other than asking for your receipt to see what services your getting, no one talks to you.. Other: The receptionist seems a bit out of place likes shes lost. On my first visit she was in her cubicle asleep and I had to wake her to be serviced..
