I'm not sure how anyone can not like this place. I've seen results in only 4 weeks and the staff is great, and I wasn't in shape at all when I started. It's like anything in life...you get what you put in and if you are lazy to begin with then don't bash this place because it's obviously you and not Koko. Been there for 1 month and the temperature has been fine. If you weigh 400 lbs. then you might heat up a little faster then someone that's carrying less weight but your working out and if you are not sweating than your not working hard enough. I've reffered 4 friends and received 4 free months because of it. rock on Koko fit club!!!!
