Great Job - Very Pleased
Near Randolph AFB - My subdivision had a wildfire. It was very close. Afterwards the beige carpet had a gray tinge on it throughout the house. I called and Mr. Eugene made us an appointment that week.
My 50lb dog left a really big nasty poo stain on the carpet the same day carpet was to be cleaned. So, I couldn't cancel out. She rarely does this - I just covered w/a towel and waited for Chem-Dry. Mr. John, the technician looked over everything then he went to work. Nice guy. He vacumned, sprayed an antibacterial solution and using the Chem Dry method managed to restore the carpets back to the color they were when we brought the home.
He even got that big poo stain out. Quickly and quietly. The carpet was dry <2 hrs and our home smelled new. 3 rooms done at a great price and I used my Home Depot card to pay. Left us a can of Chem Dry spot cleaner w/ verbal instructions on how to use it . Pleasantly surprised.
2 weeks later @4:00 a.m. OMG! The dog did it again. Oma + too many treats = Big smelly poo pile again. Cleaned up excess then sprayed Chem Dry spot remover on the spot. I used my little hot water extractor machine and wow, the spot came out. Fast and no lingering odor. Oma woke up I ask her did she smell anything she said "No". Keep in mind this "oops" smell woke me up. So, Chem Dry home products work very well also. Thank God. I just had this carpet cleaned - didn't want to look at a residue spot so soon.
I will be using Fiesta Chem Dry of S.A. as long as I have carpet. I am thankful for their fair pricing & professionalism. I recommended them to homeowners at the HOA meeting since others probably had the same carpet issues from the wildfire. They are the best. They deliver. A rare find in today's business world.
