I accidentally found Zena's when I needed to have my eyebrows shaped correctly to fix a TWO bad eyebrow makeup jobs. I looked at her web site and scrutinized all the eyebrow examples to make a decision who I would use and she ANSWERED THE PHONE! I'm so glad I didn't go to anyone else and I was so very impressed how well done her work is and what care Lorin took to make it right and then was pleased that she added the makeup around the eyes. I can actually run out of the house without time spent in front of the mirror. Plus, she did such a great job that the color stayed and I don't need constant touch ups which makes my life easier - which was what I wanted in the first place - so THANK YOU!!!! Lorin! Judy Jackson
